I ran into the same problem. I went to Sears store and they had no shear bolts left so they sent me on a goose chase to a sears repair shop. I finally got the right pins. I only had to replace the left pin mind you. Last snow storm my son was doing the driveway and had to stop because the auger wasn't moving. We looked inside and found the original right shear pin never snapped like it was supposed to, leaving the metal auger crumpled like a piece of tin. craftsman...they are too much trouble. Mine is only 2 years old. With the money I paid for bits and pieces, I could have bought another one that worked!!
