I have a Kenmore 90 series washing machine. The top half of the agitator assembly is not working correctly. The bottom part will aggitate but the top part will turn somewhat but its not catching, you can just spin it in either direction with your hand. Can anyone help me with this. Also I can't figure out how to break it down to see whats broken.
