Two Hampton Bay ceiling fans inop

I have two Hampton Bay 54" Windward II ceiling fans and now both seem to have problems with the light. The remotes will now only work the fans now and not the light. In one room I have to use the light switch to turn on/off the light and the other room nothing will get the light to work, not even a replacement light fixture. Who could I contact to check into this?
