GE XL44 (JGBP30WEA1WW) Oven won't start

I believe that this is due to a bad ignitor on the bottom. The top ignitor and broiler work just fine, as do all of the burners on the stove.

Questions: 1)Where to get the replacement ignitor and ceramic wire nuts.

2)Degree of difficulty of these type of repair.
