Craftsman Garage Door Opener

My neighbor just had a new garage door opener installed on his garage. Now his remote transmitter opens both of my garage doors. I have a Sears Craftsman 139.53515sr garage door opener. I have changed the codes on my transmitters per my owner's manual and matched them to their respective openers. His opener is still opening my garage doors. Can somebody send me instructions on changing my transmitter codes or give me a suggestion on my next step?
