You gave the model number of the Remote and not the opener.

So I can be use which type of system the opener uses.

But if it has a learn button on the opener instead of setting matching dip switchen then push and hold the learn button for 10 seconds to erase any existing codes.

Then program in your new code.

If that does not solve you problem then contact the factor.

Besure and get the model number off the opener. It will also be of the 139.5xxxx format.

And get the neighbors brand and model.

I am surprised that you are having this rpoblem. Yours should be a 390 mHz system and for the last 2 years most openers (at least the Sears, Chamberlain, and Liftwaster) are going to 315 mHz.
