if you only knew my apts. then you would understand you don't call the maintenance men you fix it your self....they break more stuff when they fix a problem....if they even show up within 6 months of a request. We live in a very affluent neighborhood for cheaper than the other apts so for the school district well cope with the fixing things ourselves. I do understand that this is their issue to deal with, however; they are not going to acknowledge that they did something so I'm trying to correct the problem myself. Is there such a thing as a low flow valve? What about attaching a smaller tube from the valve to the faucet?? There is a !HUGE! difference in pressure and air flow from the cold to the hot handles.
