I am building a bookcase that is to be painted to match the adjoining wall. It is a large unit. It will extend a total of 12 feet vertically. I want to make the shelving adjustable height-wise. I have looked locally for a system for making the shelving flexible but found nothing except for 'pins' that fit into a 1/4 inch hole. Trying to drill all those holes leeping them exactly matching so the shelf will be horizontal can be tedious and time consuming.
Does anyone know of a system that would either mount on the inner faces or dado into the face of the vertical sides with adjustable shelf positions i.e. a series of shelf pin heights?
