I have come across the same issue, only in my case I purchased a new garage door that opens my neighbors garage door (also PN 139.53515SR). My neighbors and I have gone through all of the steps of clearing and resetting the access codes on both openers. I called the manufacturer of my opener and they told me this was a known issue with the older Chamberlain openers and there was a fix available. Problem we are having right now is that Sears tells us to call Chamberlain and Chamberlain tells us to call Sears.
