HELP! Exterior Door NOT Pre-hung

I am enclosing my patio and I prechased a heavy duty solid wood exterior door that came off of an industrial complex. I can't find any instructions on how to build the door jambs and casing. I would like to find instructions with pictures. Any Ideas!
