How to seal gap between foundation and flooring

I live alone and am not too handy around the house. I recently bought a house and noticed drafts. I went outside and inspected under the bottom/last piece of vinyl siding. Behind the siding (using a mirror to see), I was able to see where the foundation and flooring/wall meet. There are definite gaps between the two. I believe this is the source of my drafts. Since the house is already built, what can I do to seal this? I'm definitely getting air infiltrator and I am afraid I'll eventually get moisture problems from this.
