Leaky cold water handle on kitchen faucet

Can anyone help me? How does one fix a leaky cold water handle on a kitchen sink faucet? It broke when it was pushed too far back while shutting it off, so that it swung completely 360 degrees. It now has to be centered just right or it will swing 360 degrees and leak. The faucet is one of those with the hooked, pot filler spigot and hot and cold handles.
