To Whom it may concern:

My homes are nearly paid off and I am getting ready to refinance so I can fix some of the minor repairs on both homes.

I am trying to get some estimates so I can figure out how much I will be needing.

This is a complete listing of all the jobs I will be needing done.
If you can help me with any of it, or can refer me to some one who can, I will greatly appreciate it.

At 201 N.E. 5th......
...Run a new wire from the house to the utility pole in the alley.
(see attachment 1... item # 1)
...Run 3 new breaker wires in the house so every thing is not on 1 breaker.
...Run new gas line from meter to house.
(see attachment 1... item # 2)
...Run or repair current water line for more pressure and install shower faucet.
...Add a water hog (?) or filter.
...Purchase and install 8 windows and 2 security doors.
...Add walls and roof between garage and house to provide closet and storage space and access to garage from house.
(see attachment 1...item # 3)
With this I will eliminate installation of 2 windows
...Install central heat and air.
...Run cement between garage and house. (see attachment 1 ... item #4)
...Install walk-in shower.
(see attachment 2)

At 203 N.E. 5th St....

...Install larger breaker box (already have box) and run new wiring.
...Run wire to pole outside fence (instead of one in the yard)
...Trim cottonwood tree (behind house) and elm tree (back by fence) to approximately 15 Ft.
...Install central air (already have central heat)
...Insulate 2 rooms attached to back of trailer.
...Install walk in shower.
