Craftsman (King Seeley) Drill Press

I'm looking for the manual for a model 103.23640 drill press. I inherited the drill press from my father. I'm particularly interested in how to use the multi-speed attachment (third pulley wheel) to adjust the speed. I have the extra belts, just don't know what to do with them.
