Can NOT 'paint' porcelain

No. No "paint" will stick to such items and remain looking good for long with the heat they are subjected to. Such items are usually porcelain coated and the only way to properly change their colour would be to have them reporcelained in the colour of your choice or replace them with parts in the colour you want.

If you post the appliance's brand name and exact model number we can look it up to see if maybe those items are available for purchase in the black. You can find tips for locating the model and serial number identification tag on your appliances in the 'Repair Parts' section of my web site linked below.
