Hi Bob
I live in a multi-unit building and i actually took a look out my window and the bricks are black like charcoal and i am experiencing little spots on my wall on my rooms. and on the ceiling as well. I had this problem before and the landlord order some specialist to clean my walls professional but 4 years later it came back. i am very worry because i have a health condition and i don't want to risk my self knowing that i am breathing this and the landlord think there is nothing that he can do beside cleaning with a stain killer solution and painting the walls. He believe noone can do this job because its winter. Is this true. Is ther anything i could for the mean time. Should i call the health dept? Any suggestion
