"he couldn't get the furnace to run at all he said he tested the board and parts and they were fine but thy were to wet to let the furnace turn on and he had another call to go to so he left now all the gas pipe and parts are all rusted it runs but very good and is making a lot of noise"

Have the next person figure out how the furnace won't run but is running very well.

Yes, you really have to find out the MAKE and MODEL to get good answers. There IS more than one machine made.
