Broken tub drain

First a need to know situation.

Can the drain be accessed from
beneath the tub. If so it might
entail a little drywall repair.

If so remove an area adequate
to facilitate the repair on the
ceiling beneath the tub. Access the
tub drain remove the entire drain
trap and riser and replace it new.
If it broke once it will or has
already broken again. Matter of time.
Replace the drain trap and riser.
Repair the patch in the ceiling.
Paint and Clean up the mess and Life
does go on!!
