water line leak

Looking for easily fix of leaks on 1/2"
copper pipe at juints.[c&h]
I sweated new water pipes in,OK
some of the old juints have leaks now
other than a patch with a clamp,is ther
way stop the leaks.
I used some solderles copper bond it did
not work.
