Thanks Mike, I was hoping for a narrower range so here are some details: Gut completely, including removal of old mud/ceramic floor and ceiling. Remove existing window (do not replace). Rearrange fixture layout. Install new fixtures. Install new ceramic tile on floor and 4' up walls. Install ceramic tile in bath surround. Install light fixture and exhaust fan (separate). Install dry vent to roof (currently has old style wet vent system).
