caulk then texture? or texture then caulk?

Posted by CFLO on February 2nd, 2008 12:16 PM

redoing bath. Shower stall needed re caulking around outside where fiberglass meets drywall. Everything cleaned and ready to go but I want to texture the walls to hide patches & holes. Do I caulk around shower stall first and then apply texture, or should I wait until the texture is on the walls to caulk. Seems logical to caulk first. Any imput welcome
