engineered hardwood flooring residue from glue

HELP! Beautiful new walnut engineered flooring is dull from what I think is glue residue. Is is safe to use Bostic glue remover on the entire floor, rubbing on and off, without cleaning over again with water, leaving the Bostic on the floor? I have spot cleaned with Bostic and it brought out the beautiful wood color. Even after a few days of walking on cleaned areas the floor color is still beautiful.
