im guessing its electric if it is sounds like the heating element is broke the buzzing may be a signal that it is.you should be able to remove the front panel under the door.once inside there will be a round tube.should be a couple of scews take them out and carefully pull the element out if one of the little wires are broken you'll need to replace it make sure you UNPLUG the dryer first
