We are currently looking at a house to purchase that has a leakage problem in the basement. Water leaks through the foundation during heavy rain. It is an unfinished basement with a water problem in one of the corners. The house is in our price range and everthing else it fine. Should we pursue this house or forget about it? What would it take to fix that leaking problem?
