I too have the same problem, however I will offer a suggestion on tile removal....To remove the tile I used the flatbar...be very careful not to take off too much to fast as it is easy to gouge the floor. Also, someone mentioned a really big heat gun....I used a forced air k1 heater(reddy heater) put a wedge under the back to aim it toward the tiles to be removed. Do not leave unattended as you will have no house left to work on when you return. Be careful not to get too close to the heater, this is a fine line...I lost all the hair on my hands that day....however it worked much faster than a heat gun or propane torch did.
