Too Many Possibilities. I forgot to add that the foundation or slab or whatever may have a crack in it. (Again, can't see from here - Get a Home Inspection!) Oh, and get a Real Estate Attorney to do YOUR closing. They, too, are to work in YOUR interest(s).
