I am looking for some helpful information on planting grass seed.I have put down some good quality topsoil and planted seed. After the seed was broadcast we layed one half inch of top soil over top. We water it daily just enough to keep the seed moist.Around the edges of the lawn the seed is growing good. The center portions of the lawn do not seem to get the seed germinating. Could you please offer some advice on what I am doing wrong.
