I am Martin Montoya of Advanced Exteriors, Inc. and am quite concerned with this posting for several reasons. I am not aware of any customer by this name, Unhappy Perspective Customer, and I believe that this posting has come from a competitor. On sites like this, it’s hard to figure out who is doing the posting, especially when unregistered or unwilling to identify oneself. That’s why I believe it’s prudent of us to check out legitimate complaints through the BBB and CSLB where sources are verified. We, at Advanced Exteriors, are committed to keeping our CSLB and BBB track records spotless, with zero complaints.

Last year, I contracted over 150 agreements to use Rhino Shield and have zero complaints registered with the CSLB. I find it curious that my name was pointed out to cause maximum damage to me, personally. I do not think a prospective customer would go to this length. While I do point out problems on people’s homes like blistering, bubbling and cracking, fading, wood and stucco damage, I would not be as successful as I am, contracting over 2 million dollars of product last year, if I was making disrespectful, derogatory remarks about my customers, face to face! I find it also interesting that they stated I would not look them in the eye, when it is one of my personal traits to make eye to eye contact throughout my conversationsL as I care for the people I interact with, and it helps me understand my customer’s needs. Also, if our company calls a customer back and lowers the price, it’s because either, we think the customer cannot afford the Rhino Shield or they may be moving in a short period of time; so we offer to use a super paint, instead of Rhino Shield, while still receiving superior installation at a reduced price.

Secondly, we and all our employees believe in serving our customers with 100% satisfaction, integrity, and utmost respect. Our perfect zero complaint record with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) since 1968 and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is absolute proof of this and I invite you to click onto their website links to check for yourself: http://www2.cslb.ca.gov/General-Information/interactive-tools/check-a-license/License+Detail.asp?LicNum=255401 and http://sandiego.bbb.org/WWWRoot/Report.aspx?site=26&bbb=1186&firm=15026953 Also, click here to view a 30 second video backed by the BBB that validates our perfect zero complaint record: http://www.advancedexteriorspros.com/video

Please contact me if you have further concerns about my integrity or that of our company. Thank you for your interest and consideration.
