More Leaky Windows

I installed Milgard windows in my house that leaks like crazy when wind is blowing and raining. It comes thru the crank of the windows. I tried contacting Milgard by email but no response.I tried to find out where the leak penetrates from the outside but no luck. Any idea on how I can solve this problem? Also some of my windows leaks on the joints where two section were butted together to create wider size, bad design Milgard!!!
