HELP! Removing Stain from Vinyl. . Replys PLEASE

I have a creme colored kitchen chair with a vinyl seat. The dye from a plastic bag that the newspaper is delivered
in ran on the seat. I tried nail polish remover, simple green, windex, and paint thinner, but nothing worked. How
do you remove stains from vinyl, and remember, it is creme colored! Thanks.
