Outdoor screen room enclosure

I bought a screen room and topper like this one at a yard sale for $50. I have not been able to set it up - because some of the ceiling frame poles are missing. Anyone have any suggestions how to finish this job? PVC pipe with elbow brackets? Thanks much.
