Yes he did a preslope under the liner. How we discovered the problem to begin with was when my husband noticed a "squishy" tile. He also noticed that the grout had separated from that group of tiles and that the water came up through those tiles when stepped on.
I sincerely appreciate your timely reply as my husband and I were considering retiling the entire shower floor which we were not looking forward to. Thanks.
