Duration Paint

Our house was painted with Duration paint and the trim peeled the first year and again this year. The house prep was great, they checked the moisture of the exterior and waited before painting. I had the rep here and the painter touched up the areas that were peeling and one year later it's all peeling again. Our friends in Maine have the same problem with a 100+yr old victorian..it's ALL peeling off. Has anyone heard anything like this?
