chrome or nickel plating,,,

as more were nickel plated than chrom'd,,, sounds like cupric oxide,,, copper was applied to the cast iron then nickel plated,,, revere ware is similar - using copper cleaner'd be my choice 1st

in theory, there's no difference 'tween theory & practice,,, in practice, there is !
