Sears Storm Door handle - discontinued part

I have a really nice "Sears Best" storm door (Model #948.65113061) that has a broken door handle.
Sears gave me the part number but said it is discontinued.
Does anyone carry discontinued parts like this? The Sears part# is 17639.
Thanks so much for any help.
(I guess I can have my handyman install another handle but really wanted to find this part if I can)
