How do I find a Hampton Bay Model #?

I have an old Hampton Bay ceiling fan with model # 54A4HR4L on the motor. I am trying to find out the model number of the fan itself. Hampton Bay told me that that number is the model number of the motor not the actual fan. So, how do I find out the model number of the fan?
