kraft face insuation

i am remodeling a back family room behind my attacted garage . there is a plywood floor in the attic of the garage with the floor insulated not the rafters , i have built a knee wall up to the rafters . my son insulated the knee wall for me to save me time ( thank you ) and did a very good tight job . however he has the kraft face stapled on the attic side of the wall ,not the family room side . does this matter ???? do i need to turn it around ?? or just add pastic or paper barrier on the inside ??? thank you joe
