Genie Screw Drive 12A - Door Closing Issue!

I am having a similiar issue as is stated here. The door will open all the way with no problems...however, when I go to close it, I press the button and it starts to close and immediately stops. If I hold the door button the entire time, the door closes all the way.

I have two of these door openers... one of them works fine, the other has the problem closing. I checked to see if there was anything between them and they are both identical. Neither of them have the "Safe-T-Beam" installed (I bought the home and they were missing).

Has anyone found a solution?
