The solvents/carriers in Super Glues will often damage lacquer finishes. Any clean up solvent will do likewise.

You might be able to pull it off if you sand lightly to level, then top coat. But I wouldn't get my hopes up.

If the table had Pledge or wax on it, you might be able to get off small amounts with a credit card edge.
