leveling bathroom floor

i went to help put in tub in my girlfriends house put level on tub and it is off quite abit floor is not level she layed cement board and im not really sure what to do to level it now putting in new tub and plumbing the whole shot should i pull cemnet board i think it is cemented to floor now any clue what to do i dont think walls are square either any help the house is old built in 1890s

ceramic tile is gonna be the flooring

tub is about half inch off level the tub is a lyons classic the house is wood framed and there is access to area under crawl space
