Bought a new home that had a hampton bay ceiling fan with a broken glass dome (looks more like a plate) with two holes in it. One hole for the pull chain on the light and one off to the side from the center hole about an inch for the fan. Have gone to the hampton bay web site only to be told that their only service rep is a Home Depot. Went to Home Depot and was told that they don't order parts for Hampton bay that I have to go back to Hampton bay website. Hampton bays website has no contact number. What terrible customer service. All I need is a glass dome for a ceiling fan. What do I have to do to find a replacement? I don't know the name of this fan and don't have any box or paperwork for it. I have tried every fan and lighting place in town and searched the internet with no luck. Can you please help me?
