Lennox HM30-150 --Recall??

We have had numerous problems with the HM30-150 system. Had to replace expansion tank, and Inducor motor twice within 2 years. Board is completely gone. Does anyone know if there has been a recall on this hybrid water and space heater? Legal recourse....class action?? Thanks.
