After someone used my toilet on the first floor, they told me the water wouldn't stop running. I noticed that there was toilet paper in the bowl. I used a plunger to get the toilet paper down. The way my brother got it to stop running is by removing a tube on the left (looks like a straw) and letting the water fill iup. This is just a temporary fix-each time I use the toilet the water runs and I have to remove and reconnect this tube. I know it is advised to learn how a toilet works, but this is over my head. Any advice is greatly appreciated
