In the most recent Lowe's "Creative Ideas for Outdoor Living," there is an article on this.
They suggest using thin-set mortar on the perimeter row, a sand base in the middle and brushing in polymeric sand in the joints.
In theory, it sounds good, but I too, would like some feedback on this before plunking down the time and money.
