Q1: No. The warranty will be valid. ISP (Insulated Structural Panels) do not need to be ventilated.

Q2: There will be no effect on longevity. a 30 year, 40 year, 50 year or longer year shingle will last as long if not longer over a structural insulated panel than a conventional roof system.

Q3: There is no importance. Structural insulated panels are foamed (usually) with closed-cell foams which do not accumulate any moisture and require no ventilation.
