I have the same problem, removed indoor/outdoor carpeting from concrete porch, left with glue residue. I used a procuct from Home Depot called "Glue Buster" You apply it with a brush, let stand 15-20 Min. then scrape off. Works fine but takes a long time for a large area. Be patient. I tried to grind it off but used a lot of discs and got very little done. Hope this suggestion is helpful.
