stains on vinyl floor

Hi all,
My husband stored a tire from our RV inside on the vinyl floor. It left a black ring on the floor.I think the heat from being closed up, caused the stain. I tried Kero, baby oil,and cleaning sprays. Nothing worked. How can I remove the stain without ruining the vinyl floor? The trailer is only one year old. Thanks for your help.
