Tile To Pergo Flooring

I just spent my fourth of july ripping out ceramic tile in my den that i installed over a concrete slab. I used the wrong trowl so most were loose no big deal, i do want to install this pergo flooring today. Problem may be thatthere is some thin set still on the floor.

Does the floor need to be clear of all this in order to install the Pergo floor or can i just go over it, if i go over it will it mess up the levelness of the floor. starting project in a few hours...if i gotta remove the thin set how and what do i need to make this easy..lol im still hurting from removing the tile..lol
