1) loose oil drain plug
2) you recently changed oil,put too much in or added oil to above the full mark and it is pushing out of the breather and dripping down between the engine and deck.
3) You tipped the mower on it's side to clean and again it's coming from the breather.
4) Not good,,,, it's the crankshaft seal thats leaking
