I'm afraid I can not find a listing for that model number, it looks to be short by 1-2 digits at least.

It would be very unusual for the oven being locked to affect anything other than use of the oven. All the elements not working (assuming this is an electric range) could be cause by just an open fuse or tripped breaker in the house fuse panel.
